- Bike Course Directions
- Turn right out of Quassy parking lot onto Route 64. Turn right onto Tuttle Road. Through "S" turn (caution!) onto Cat Swamp Road. Turn right onto Tomlinson Road. Turn right onto Middle Road Turnpike. Turn right onto Quassapaug Road. Turn right back onto Route 64. Look for course markings "GT".

- Run Course Directions
- Turn right out of Quassy parking lot onto Route 64. Turn right onto Old Woodbury Road, continue onto Old Sherman Hill Road. Turnaround is marked on road. Left into main pavilion field for finish. This is an out and back run 3.1 miles.
