Individual Non USAT members: $90 until May 14, $100 until June 14

Relay Team: $115.00 (Add $10 for each Non USAT relay team member)

Individual USAT Member: $55 until May 31, $65 until July 9

Individual Non USAT Member: $64 until May 31, $74 until July 9
